What services do I get with my Yearly Onsite Service Plan?
Each store under an onsite service agreement can expect 24/7 phone support with live technicians. Technicians will be dispatched onsite as needed Monday-Saturday 8:30 to 5:30 to repair or replace defective parts. One yearly visit for preventative maintenance on all devices covered under the plan should ensure your equipment continues to work 100% for years to come.
Does Southern Technology Systems offer a Helpdesk only Plan?
We realize each customer has unique needs for service. We offer Help desk assistance for customers that do not require full onsite service. As with all of our service plans we strive for 100% satisfaction.
I already have a Phone support plan, why should I switch?
Unlike other service providers we strive to create a great experience with each call. Our technicians not only have the Point of Sale experience to assist but many have the restaurant management experience to relate with managers to eliminate common frustrations during troubleshooting. Yes. We are a master reseller for Posera Maitre’d POS systems, Partner tech touch screens, Panasonic touch screens, Texas Digital, and Mercury Payment Credit Card solutions.
Does Southern Technology Systems support Credit Cards?
Yes. We are a Mercury Payment Systems Partner. We can supply your store with integrated or stand alone Credit Card terminals, free Gift card processing, and we can probably match or beat your current rate.
